Instant Access: Since our products are digital, they are delivered via email or download links immediately after a successful payment.
No Physical Shipping: As these are digital assets, no physical shipping is required.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct email address. We are not liable if the product is sent to an incorrect email provided by the customer.
Usage Rights: Upon purchase, Talking Objects grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI Reels for your personal or business social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Restrictions: You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the raw video files as a competing vault or stock library.
Unwatermarked Content: While the clips are provided without watermarks, the underlying AI-generated art style and templates remain the property of the creator/provider.
Digital Goods Nature: Due to the nature of digital products (which cannot be "returned" once downloaded), all sales are final.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the email has been sent, except in cases of technical failure on our end where the product cannot be delivered.
No Guarantee of Growth: We provide the tools (reels) to help you grow, but we do not guarantee viral success, follower counts, or income. Your results depend on your consistency, the platform’s algorithm, and how you choose to use the assets.
Platform Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the content you post complies with the Community Guidelines of the platforms you use (e.g., Meta, Google, ByteDance).
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose. You shall not attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the website’s functionality.
Talking Objects and Lokesh Saini shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of social media accounts or data) arising out of your use of our digital assets.
